ME & MY PLANT

Me & My Plant is a new innovative concept which is introduced by Dr. James in the capacity of Principal at WISTM Engineering College. Every fresher who joins in a college enters the campus with a plant. On the occasion of fresher’s day every newly admitted student foliage a Plant with a slogan “Me & My Plant”.

For the first time on 11.08.2016, this concept was implemented meticulously by involving about 800 freshers planting a sapling and all of them standing at their position in the 10 acre campus and completed the job along with the guests at the same time fraction.

It is the responsibility of the student during his stay in the campus to take care of the plant, which he / she planted on the fresher’s day. The vision is, within the time span of four years, Plants would grow as Trees and Students would grow as Employable Engineers & Responsible Citizens.
